2. Review Process: Once we receive your request, our support team will review the issue and assess the situation. Please note that each return or refund request is handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Decision: After evaluating your request, our support team will notify you of the decision. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund process.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned in original condition (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging) for a return to be considered.
• Return requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Some products may be non-returnable depending on their nature (e.g., custom orders, etc.).

Refund Conditions:

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
